When filling out the application make
sure to fill in all information. Choose your age group Enter two countries you wish to represent, 1st choice, 2nd choice. If more than one person chooses the same country, the one with the earliest entry will be awarded their choice. Upon completion of the application please submit a deposit of $500. You will receive an email confirming your selected country. The remainder of $1150 will be due within 30 days. Upon receipt of full payment you will receive your crown and sash.
